Ecotherapy relies on our inherent connection to nature to foster mental, physical and emotional health and well being. In an Ecotherapy session, nature will serve as the therapist, as well as, an active participant in exploring themes that are important to you. Together we will interact with nature and draw strength from the natural world's metaphors and enduring qualities. In the session, I will guide you through a grounding and sensory meditation, nature inspired practices, a sound immersion and an in-depth conversation where I will hold the space for you and draw on my experience as a forest therapy facilitator, trained yoga teacher, meditation practitioner and compassionate listener. A session can take place in-person or virtually, outdoors or indoors. I look forward to working with you as we take this journey together.
