It may seem counterintuitive to experience the wonders and benefits of nature through an online session, but time and again I have witnessed clients become more relaxed, open, connected and in-tune with themselves after participating in a session with me. I create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and free to express themselves. A session typically includes: mindful breathing, sensory meditation, a virtual forest walk and virtual experiences in other beautiful outdoor settings. You will be immersed in the sights, sounds and sensory delights of the natural world. There will also be time for inner reflection and conversation.
